Relationship Issues
Using an Emotion Focused Therapy approach, relationship treatment will focus on attachment patterns and intimacy building. This will include practicing skills like active listening, communication, and increasing vulnerability.

Women's Issues
Designed to help you meet your goals, individual care is focused on the concerns that you are wanting to address. This can include decreasing symptoms of anxiety, increasing self worth, or working on relationship with self and body image.

Co-dependency
Working from an Individual Emotion Focused Therapy perspective individual treatment will focus on building a secure attachment with self. This will include skills like setting boundaries, increasing self worth, and building self confidence.
